We have results (fruits) of our good or bad deed in this birth (janam). Hell and heaven are on this earth. I agree with Anamika bahin.

well, i'm not exactly religious either, i just enjoy thinking and reading about these things. i learn from people of many religions, and enjoy hearing their points of view. 😳

i always see mind and heart (dil) are two separate entities. this is very much debatable though, and there is no right or wrong answer. if you find them to be the same, then this based on your interpretation. there's really no right or wrong answer to this question, and thank you for sharing your insight as well 😊

yeah, even i mentioned it in my post, whatever bad or good we do carries with us in every life we come in. coming here is "Hell" according to Hinduism and leaving this world is "Heaven" perhaps if you're interested in this topic, you might consider reading "Many Minds Many Masters" it's an interesting book dealing with a psychiatrist (Dr. Brain Weiss) who was doing regression hypnosis to help his patient and got into her past lives somehow. everything is documented and really happened. he used science to actually explain past life and death. i have not finished the book yet, but so far it is a very interesting read, and it has changed my thinking and inspired me a lot.

i fear and love God 😳 He is my guide and my support throughout my life. i always listen to my heart b/c i think my heart will never mislead me. my mom tells me not though b/c life is hard that way

Yes your Mom is right. All people dont think alike. But I beleive if you fear God and think twice before any act whether it is right or wrong and do the right thing and for that you may in trouble but God sees that and rewards you in this birth only. The trouble is just temporary or for some time.

@tulip
I did read this book and I also read Brian Weiss, another book ...Same Soul Many Bodies..one of the first doctors to explore the past lives of his patients as a means of therapy, reveals how past and present lives can affect our future lives, and how our future lives can transform us in the here and now. We have all lived past lives. All of us will live future ones. What we do in this life will influence our lives to come as we evolve toward immortality.
So lets do good deeds and not add extra baggage to our Karma.What you sow you reap..simple as that.
Tulip see I was right abt u..u are spiritually inclined...great minds think alike😳

i agree with your last statement very much 😳 but one thing that always puzzles me is sometimes people are so good, but they always have bad things happening to them.

my mom was told to read the book "Many Minds Many Masters" by a lady who was like a grandmother to me. she visited her not too long before she passed away, and she told my mom to read this. my mom told me to read it too after we were discussing some things. 😃 i believe my mother did read Same Soul Many Bodies or perhaps she was looking for it.

yay, i left my headphones in my bag, so i was able to listen to the this song 😃 it's a very peaceful and nice song.

remember one thing, god only gives us what he thinks we are capable of handling.He knows who will come out with flying colours and who will not.

My philosophy is very simple. Be honest, be truthful. god will take care of the rest.Listen to your conscience and you can never go wrong. your conscience is the god in you.God definitely punishes people who treat you badly in his own way in thier own lifetime and sad thing is, people don't realise why IT happens to them and it is their karma which visits them in the form of illnesses, usually.😳

Mata Pita, Dada Dadi ke karmo ke liyen bhi bacho ko bhugatna padta hai. It is just like a circle each and everything related.

@ bold: i believe this too very much, that's why i really listen to my heart.

i think what you have said is right about God sending what he thinks people can handle, but it still will always puzzle me why He does what He does. perhaps it is past life related or something more.
