If Zee is footing all the bills then it is up to them to select a winner who best serves their needs.

But so long as a person comes in top 5, or at least top 10, they will do very well for themselves.

But I think many of them are tied by contracts for the first couple of years so they cannot move. This is quite ridiculous unless Zee is able to offer them a job.
