Well I don't know about all of you but I am certainly missing fareed Khan the most amazing singer from Delhi who sang the most amazing bandish and the most awesome rendition sur perfect taal perfect of saanware.

I wonder if the Av shown was really the true story. He said that he had been running a 104 degree fever since 5 days and that it was typhoid, etc and that's why he missed the selection of the final 18.

I somehow have this gut level feeling that it was decided not to include him because he is far too good and perfect with perfect command of sur and taal and gamakas (murkian) and that it would just not be fait for the conntestants.

Well I really miss him. Wish he had participated. It would have been such an amazing musical experience then!!

I think that it wasn't his day and unfortunately he had been suffering from very high fever. I don't think SRGMAP creatives purposely kept him away from final auditions. Simply its his bad luck thats all. I personally like his singing and wish him best of luck. May God bless him.

I liked him a lot too....I just didn't believe his story of having typhoid....why would he come all the way then???? maybe he is older than the age required, and the channel got to know later......these are just assumptions of mine. He was talented and I wanted him to reach the top 18.

He is too good as a classical singer. Even judges seems to novice infront of him.But I doubt on his verstality. Too much of classical singing kills simple songs. He is perfect fit for the yesteryears Sa re ga ma pa hosted by Sonu Nigam

VJ babu his versatality should not have been the concern for Judges b/c I have seen some other contestants with similar issues but are part of TOP 18...He was deserving contestant IMHO...Feel really bad for him...

Di,,, I didnt meant to say he didnt deserve to be part of top 18. Infact he seems to way above all other contestant based on his classical skill. It would be interesting to see how he would sing mainstream song minus harkatein. He sound like future ustaad to me. Way way skillful in classical stuff.

He is simply amazing. Wonder why he did not make it.

Is it just me or Shekhar was looking too cute all tilting towards his buddy Vishal while listening to Saanwrey😆 I love this duo!

Yes maybe but then it is just not fair. Why was he then allowed to take part in the Delhi auditions and on top of it all chosen!!

I was a 100% sure that he would make it to the final 18 (if he doesn't then who should??) and was so looking forward to wonderful perfect music faultless singing even though his voice not the one I liked the most. His singing skills were humbling and spellbinding to say the least!!

Still feeling bad and am sure will feel bad till the end!!
