Oh, boy! The last time some one started this, it streched to 150+ pages. I remember, I did warn someone (May be Gauri?) on that.
Yes, it's all just a scale. Pain and pleasure. Wise and ignorant. Happy and sad. Beautiful and ugly. You can have infinite demarcations beteween those extremes, if you choose to demarcate.
Again, on that scale, we are only aware of certain ranges. For instance, we don't know the extreme point of pain and we don't know the extreme point of pleasure.
If you shrink the scale, however, you will get just two sides. It's what duality is.
i am waiting for the time when it ALL appears as ONE.

So the coclusion is we can afford to be🤪.

PS: I do not intend to be flippant. That is, seriously, what my point is.

Is that what this is all about? Making a point? Damn! For a second there, I thought you were seeking answers (like Arjun from Krishn)

Are you sure you can play the part of Krishna? Then I am ready to be Arjun.😳

I don't know about that. One thing I can certainly not tell you is to pick weapons and fight your family. (unless they have done something wrong :))

The "we" was used not to sound smug (and holier-than-thou), though actually I meant 'I'. If I used 'I' instead, it would be like 'only I'm with good intentions and other Ash-bashers may be nasty'.

Oh, by the way someone called her a "buddhi biwi" very lightheartedly. It can't get more open minded than that, don't you think? If a guy marries a girl one or two years younger than him then that's all good. But if a girl does that, let's start calling her _________.

You just made a human error of judgment there --- it happens. It was all directed to Abhishek Bachchan and people of that ilk who regard even their wives as objects of exhibition. I just exaggerated and added some masala (buddhi) to accentuate my point and give vent to my long pent-up frustrations, like you saying "I CANNOT STAND THAT BOY", though you don't know everything about the boy. Besides I do enjoy being frivolous, at times. Such thoughts never come to my mind when I see Mr. and Mrs. Tendulkar --- their age difference... well you should know.

And that photo comparison between Waheeda and Aishwarya...Man! Phew! That hit the nail on the head. That's the conclusive proof (for what, I am not quite sure) everybody was looking for. Still, that should rank amongst the best detective work I ever came across be it in movies or in books. Whoever said a picture is worth a thousand words had no idea how powerful a statement he/she was making. Someone presents those two pictures in the court of law, they can damn straight rest their case.

It seemed like you wanted to hit the nail on my head.😆

For the record

a) I don't give a rat's a$$ to Ash or any other celebrity for that matter.

b) I don't give a rat's a$$ to what people think of me

RTH asked me nicely hence I explained my prerogative to her and that's that.

🤣

I badly need those dollars, even if they stink!
