Agnipariksha format..

Hey - did any of you understand what the Agnipariksha format is going to be like.. in yesterday's episode, all the singers from a gharana say AS were singing one sing together.. but we can never judge a singing performance from a group presentation isn't it? Aren't the finalists going to sing individually?

Also, Shaan said that each week one person is going to be eliminated based on the least number of votes received? Now, on one week it will be difficult for all 12 to perform in one episode.. and if all 12 compete week after week.. it might also mean that say 2 guys may get eliminated over 2 weeks and then the boy girl ratio will be uneven.. but finally there will be one girl and one guy as winner, right! So, would that mean that for one week only girls will perform and one girl will get eliminated and next week it will be boys and so on?

Can someone please clear this confusion? Preeti, your thoughts please..

Let see what happens today. Maybe then it may get a bit clear. But to tell the truth all these rules and regualtions are now getting above my head. 😕 Don't worry will try to put some high wall behind my back and watch it. Maybe then I can get to know some of the rules 😉

absolutely...i did not understand the brahmastra also..agreed that rock got brahmastra..but he could have easily recalled vishwas n not dilshad....i feel that it was biased.even joyeeta did not deserve to be...

I think all the 12 contestants will perform seperately (individually) from next week-this may be spread over two days in the same week- the one who gets the least amount of vote will be eliminated (it can be girl or boy or it can be lowest in the boy and girl).

So every week we will have one/two singer less and ultimately we will be left with two singers who will be the winner.

My thoughts - since they would want to announce one girl and one boy as winner.. the least number of votes should be counted only within boys or girls.. if they count least amongst all 12, we may say 2 boys getting eliminated one after another. Lets see, what happens today. Does the voting start from this week only? Any idea, till when are the voting lines open?

If its 1 elimination/week then its like indian idol style wher 11 fianlist were short listed & finally abhijeet became indian idol

ther will b two(1 boy 1 girl) or single winner ??

Probably six boys will sing in one episode,six girls in another.Eliminations will be based on separate votes for girls and boys.Zee doesnt make things clear,though.

To my knowledge

Each week, 1 boy and 1 Girl who gets the lowest vote will be eliminated. In this case out of 12 contestants, 10 has to be eliminated in 5 Rounds... Finally One Hero and One Heroine...

Hmmm... Lets wait and watch...
