Nope I can't see a tear in your eyes however whether I vote or not, you don't cry okay? My vote is a small matter and not worth a drop of tear. I went through the rules of the game and I have following questions and comments.
I might come out as little blunt but honestly the rules of this games are flying over my head. Maybe I am thinking too much but I would suggest that you make it a little simple. Here is what is bothering me1) I read Obj's scoring scheme and according to that one can get max of 27 marks for this game. Now people have voted but mnay did not give marks so apparently you cannot come up with a score (total or average) for each participant. It looks to me the winner will be chosen by maximum votes. Thats fineNow the question is how will you select 2 out of 4 for the final (janta's entries). You cannot use scores as not everyone is giving scores. You can choose 2 who got the highest votes but what if less people vote in the next game than this one? You can restrict all games to 10 votes but that would not be fair as more people vote the better.My solution: avoid all this and give all the four winners direct entry into final. This will avoid the issue of selecting 2 out of 4. It will also give you flexibility in changing the format of the qs for the next game as you are no longer comparing winners across the game (which requires that you be consistent).Consider this suggestion2) So what's the role of grand master then? Well i noticed in one of your game there will be 5 people playing instead of 4 then why not make the final between 5 or 6? 4 from janta and one for two from GMsHoweve remember that in this game one question was faulty to the score will be lower compared to other games as GM will give 1 mark for attemtping. - When I read "ROA will decide the winner", u have no idea how much i laughed. I understand it cannot be janta then as most of the members would have participated in the game.
Maybe come up with a pool of "final grand masters" (just for the final) and you be the "great grand master". You can add people like d23, chits, gauri, antar, slumdog etc who were not the participants or the grand master at any game.
- Finally, I noticed summer is playing. . Beware everyone LOL!
- Please somehow trap antar to play this game too
