Too many personal attacks in this forum

In the recent past, personal attacks on contestants, mentors, judges and even other members etc. have increased.

This trend is seen only after the new section was opened. Before this, the discussions were very objective and some times educative too.

If this trend of personal attacks continues, then there will be very few members participating in meaningful discussions. Sad state of affairs.😒

Cheer up Guys!!! You are always seeking Sweetness on the menu. Too much sweetness can be dangerous😆

The forum offers so many diverse thoughts, perspectives and goodwill, it only adds spice to everything......GARAM MASALA😆

It is unfortunate that some of you can't see beyond that.....the menu on this forum has everything to offer, you can choose what you want to read and not read, no one is here out to offend anyone, there are just contending views and wishes for the winners. Each one of us conveys it in one's unique way, some very appreciative, some a little critical, some a little humorous, some a little sad........the emotions in this forum are like a rainbow.....you only want to see WHITE......denying the existence of other colors?

All of us come from a country that is proud for its diversity, the diversity in food, language, culture, traditions originate from one very important source, the DIVERSITY in thoughts.......if we can't appreciate that and the freedom of speech, it's a shame for all of us.

Please don't paint a picture darker than it truly is. Enjoy the forum, the witty notes, the interesting quips, the spicy updates, contribute to it as you have done religiously so far, build it and be a family. T

here will be occasional "Nok-Jhonk", but that doesn't break the family, the FORUM that is.

hiiii, everyone has diff. opinion, choices n they are welcome to express in this forum some might find others opinion being diff. from theirs n even ridiculous. expressing it loud enough so other person feels offended is wrong.it merely shows either they r ignorant of it or purposefully doing it.if whoever is doing it is ignorant then ignorance is not a bliss .if doing it purposefully tnen no comments.

Chaitra,

couldn't have said it better. This is the point.

However, we have few new wise-cracks here in the forum, ready to jump and going in for personal attacks, in their mis-belief that it is objective.

Isn't it IRONICAL that you are indulging in the same personal affronts that you have opened a new topic to complain about. Just remember when you point one finger at someone else, there are 4 fingers pointing at you. You are as much a culprit of personal attacks as the new "wise-cracks" you are refering to.

You couldn't have contradicted your policies for the forum any worse.

Wow kangaroo... love your post about the rainbow colours and all that! 👏

Totally agree with you... everyone is entitled to put forward their opinions about things as long as members are not attacked personally in the process. Let this be a forum with a great mix of SUGAR and SPICE...

Thanks😳

All I was trying to convey is that this forum comprises strangers, and you can't be personal with strangers. I strongly believe none of us ever writes anything with the intent of offending or attacking anyone personally.

We are here only to express our thoughts, share our feelings, feel the same emotions in others that SRGMP stirs in us, amuse or console ourselves by reading empathic thoughts in this forum. Disagreement doesn't necessarily convey disrespect.

Kangaroo, totally agree with Quote" Disagreement doesn't necessarily convey disrespect" Unquote

Very Very well said and the rest of the comments all voices what I would have wanted to say.
