I agree. Sonu was the best host. His approach was very formal. On the other hand, Shaan and Aditya were also very good and they did their job in a more relaxed and informal manner compared to Sonu Nigam. I don't remember Sonu Nigam making too many light hearted comments as a host.

Haha, I wouldn't know ... my family stopped watching the show when those certain hosts became hosts. 😉😆 And about Sonu Nigam's light-hearted comments --- well at the time there were no light hearted comments made in the show. It was not for TRPs then. Anyways, I think some light-heartedness will be needed in the LC season - I hope the host whoever he is lives up to the expectations.

Sonu Nigam is best host without doubt, he was there at the very beginning plus from what ive seen of his judging on lil champs on youtube he's superb at that as well, very funny and encouraging towards the kids

i liked Shaan the most so far........i was too young when sonu used to host it.....so, i don't know how he was....! Aditya Narayan was good too but his redundant lines were boring and kinda annoying.

Armaan and Ayaan were two brothers who hosted the show many years ago. Most of you don't remember because I think nobody watched the show then -- they were quite corny.

And I'm sure someone will enlighten us as to who they exactly are, I think there father is something or another, I don't remember.
