I like Raja, he is more versatile than Toshi is, and certainly more consistent.

Aneek (SRGMP 2007) Vs Abhijeet (II 1)
Although Aneek has good singing capabilities, his voice did not stand out as unique to me. Abhijeet on the other hand had a unique, pop kinda voice. In the long run, I think Abhijeet will always turn out to be more successful than Aneek will ever be. Only because there are many others who possess the quality of Aneek's voice --- who perhaps may be even better.

Amanat (SRGMP 2007) Vs Abhaas ( SVOI 1)
Hands down, Amanat. Do I have to explain why? 😉 I can ... but then Vijay babu will mock my long essay-type posts. 😛😆

Shujat Ali Khan (SRGMP 2007) Vs Rahul Vaidya (Winner Of JJWS)
This one's hard. I liked Shujat, awesome singer! But not very consistent, and not very versatile. Rahul Vaidya is my sweetheart, totally adore him. He's one of my favorite reality show contestants next to Amanat. Of course he's nowhere near Amanat in terms of singing.

Irfan Ali (SVOI 1) Vs Debojeet Dutta (SRGMP 2009)
I liked Irfan, he stood out. Dutta never caught my admiration. I didn't see anything above average in him. I sympathesized with him, but that was it.

Ali Abbas (JKKD) Vs Soumen (SRGMP 2009)
Ali Abbas most definitely. Soumen was so annoying, even if you overlooked his stick-like personality, I could not stand his singing. His voice was anything but average. Never found any of his performances exceptional. I like big voices, his voice was too restrained. Ali Abbas is another phenomenol reality show discovery.

Female:

Yashita (SRGMP 2009) Vs Sumitra ( SVOI 1)
Although I can't stand either, at least Sumitra knows a thing or two about singing. On the other hand, Sumitra's personality was beyond irking, at least Yashita was friendly-faced. But her horrible singing and you-know-what was simply annoying to bear.

Pratibha (SRGMP 2009) Vs Mouli Dev (SRGMP 2007)
Are you kidding? Is that even a comparison? Mauli is a one-hit-wonder. And even if you listen to her Mayya Mayya closely enough its nothing compared to the original. And Pratibha is an awesome singer!

Vaishali (SRGMP 2009) Vs Abhilasha ( SVOI 1)
Vaishali, most definitely. Abhilasha's voice didn't have the same maturity.

Arshpreet ( SVOI 1) Vs Ankita (II 3)
I don't know who Arshpreet is, and I can't STAND Ankita! Arghh.

Mitika (SRGMP 2009) Vs Himani (JJWS)
I absolutely love Himan's voice texture. Mitika was good, way better than Yashita, but was kicked out too early in the competition. Some of her performances were awesome.

Anwesha Vs Aishwariya (SVOI C U)
Didn't watch Chote Ustaad, so can't comment.

and last one: rafi is worst singer can only sing commercial songs like o mere mehbooba! thoo! bye i am off to play my kishore da videogame.
