hey...i'm not trying to say something bad about indian shows.....i know that American shows are copied too.....in fact...almost all the countries copy shows from others.....but some shows are just waaaay too much similar...like ditto copy....!!! i didn't know that Jassi came before Ugly Betty though....rly?.......
and they also copied Deal or no Deal hosted by Howie, Kaun Banega Crorepati is exactly similar, they even copied "are u smarter than a fifth grader".....??🤢😆.....it's better when people come up with their own ideas rather than copying everything....lol...

They don't copy, they just adapt the format, and the original producers get paid for it.

yeah but they do it legally so it doesn't really matter, these shows have versions in all countries. we have Canadian versions of these shows too...there are Australian versions, American versions (most of them are originally British)...etc. etc...so why not Indian?

Yea that's becuase they are made by keeping the Indian audiences in mind. These American shows don't come there! And they are good shows and have worked here, so they decided to make a version for Indian audiences as well.
