Zee has been unfairly and indiscriminately over-hyping some of the singers and also bringing in sob stories, often to be disappointed in the end. Of course none has been over-hyped as much as Asma ( eventhough I like the sweet kid). The rest that were hyped include Survinder Singh, Debo,Yashita, Faraz, Vaishali, Kaushik etc. Some think that even Zaheer is over-hyped to capture the Pakistan Market; and he landed as the bottom 3 last week. But Zaheer is a good singer I think.
Several good singers have been quietly dropped like Naina, Arshad, Manisha etc.

Ya i too agree with u. It started with debojit, kaushik, then now yashita.

I feel naina was very good singer and she never got enough credit same with Pratibha too but she has large fan following.

Himesh, Pritam keep on shouting about their contestant unnecessary because they feel their singer are not capable to win by themselves.

Shankar ji and Adesh has been very humble and doesnt shout on the top like other two mentor does for their contestant.

I hope best singer wins and not best actor or actress win for their drama on stage.

Yes Survinder was cute and fun.
I do not know why Zee got rid of him so early.
