RFAK has an area of specialization in which he excels..That area(Sufi) is something which has caught the fancy of youngsters today........So that factor has worked well for him 😃..But he is master in his field,so hats off to him for that...
I personally do not think SM has adivine voice..he has a gud voice, but voice is not his plus point .....he sings very well and is classically trained..his murkiyan are very gud with a lot of strength.....he excels in songs with a slight classical touch though he can sings other songs with almost equal ease....
Sonu is by far the most versatile of the three......He can sing a huge variety of songs and is best suited for bollywood...this is not to say that he is a better singer than the others...it is just that he is best suited for bollywood.....He puts in a lot of soul into every song which is his USP...sad,happy,romantic,fun...whatever be the mood ...he lives it..he doesn't add unnecessary murkiyan where not reqd.....but yet adds the reqd touch......the small harkats he gives are fantastic.....
I think each one of them is fantastic 👏👏👏

I agree with you completely 👏 👏 👏

I like all three of them and they are quite different from each other. Rahat specializes in Sufi music, which he excels at and I love listening to him. Sonu doesn't specialize in one genre and is very versatile. His voice is a typical bollywood voice, but of course very pleasant. He excels in Indian Pop singing as well as playback singing. Shankar is pretty versatile, has amazing classical training and also is a great composer.

So really the only way I can compare the three is by deciding what type of music and voice I like best. I personally love Sonu's voice the most because it is really pleasant and soothing and sounds amazing no matter what he sings. Rahat's voice is different and powerful but I can't spend my whole day listening to it and also I am not that crazy about Sufi music. Shankar is simply amazing and I can't stop admiring his talent while listening to his songs (especially "breathless") but I still prefer Sonu over him.

I agree with Jadoo bhai. It is not possible to compare them, specially RFAK. RFAK is not a mainstream playback singer like Sonu or Shankar.
However, I like both Shankar and Sonu. Both are extremely talented. However, my personal fav. is Sonu followed by Shankar. RFAK is OK.
