Even Rajshree needs to stop calculating while singing and open up completely.

Most when singing solo Indian singers have a habit of closing eyes. But when they sing duet they sing with open eyes and bring chemistry, emotions etc etc.

Neelanjana has done that but I totally agree with you.

Shocked at Kinjal & Farhan double elimination 😲. There are some who should have been eliminated but didn't. This show is boring me to death.

I enjoyed Abhishek more than Salman. Though Sallu sharing all his stories was fun.

Dipayan did good on both days.

Yumna, Sanjana, Ananya, were weaker singers. May be Farhan did not get equal oppotunities as these 3 gal singers. Oh well

Whoa! I haven't been watching but if I remember correctly, Kinjal is the guy from Vadodara whose promo showed him on a bike - and there was some discussion that he is already an established singer and that he sings very well. Surprising that an established singer about whom I have only read praise in the updates here should get eliminated so early!

kinjal is an amzing singer and you eliminate him im pissed off tct

I wanted to write a summary of the weekend but that would be meaningless and misleading.
This show is dominated by grim and foreboding singers who seem to be carrying the whole weight of the musical world on their shoulders. Or, maybe, it is just the weight of Idol 12!
There is only one duet over the entire weekend that I would care to listen twice - the Neelu/Dipayan one. But, perhaps, that carries Neelanjana bias.

> I can't imagine what keeps Sanjana and Ananya in the competition when the only genuine find, Kinjal, has to make way!

In summary, I may not watch next weekend. Maybe the best thing for me is to wait till they come down to Top 8 and then watch.

not sure where Kinjal Banerjee is from though he is Bengali. Established singer. May be he asked to be eliminated as he lost interest in competing in sub par show. Who knows.

Kinjal is from Kolkata.
Came runner up in Zee SRGMPA Bengali some years ago.
Has been on many international tours as male singer for Shreya Ghoshal. That business stopped due to the pandemic and Shreya's motherhood. So he applied for SRGMP 2021 to drive away the blues.
Has Bengali songs to his credit.
