You can optimize the gif but I am not sure whether the maker of that avi if its made by someone else will want you to optimize it cause the quality doesn't remain the same...you should ask the maker first and then optimize it online, one of the sites that can do that is http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/imageoptimizer/

I doubt links posted still works...you can try youtube if anyone has episodes uploaded there...or rajshree.com

i've applied for the dev team of a forum. so would i get to know if my application is rejected? and how long does it usually take to get the info if your application is selected or not?

I would want to know, where or how to apply for a development team or moderator as im currently doing the Written Updates for a forum and i want access to make it sticky or close a particular topic. Hope someone would be able to assist me.
