This bullying , and digs and name calling...ageist and sexist remarks are being made at members all the time...a lot of time they are reported...a lot of time they are let go...because no one has so much time to keep reporting...The atmosphere of BW section has deteriorated in the last one year. People are instigated to come and fight over matters that happend years ago...when they don't they are instigated again...If u want I can provide u links
Vijay you personally need to look at what is happening in this section...the sexist and ageist comments should not be tolerated anywhere much less in a moderated forum.

I completely agree with the above post and I have all the proofs of what she has said here.
Bollywood forum is in a real mess and badly in need of more moderators and stricter implementation of forum rules.
I have been on IF for 10 continuous years and never witnessed the amount of personal attacks and rule breaking as on Bollywood forum.
I have been active on many serial forums in the last 10 yrs and there the moderation is more swift and strict.
Personal attacks are made on a daily basis on female members, targeting married older females, telling them to leave the forum and do household duties.
Celebs and members are called dogs, gay, bisexual, psychopath and all kinds of nasty name calling which are clearly against forum rules, but very little action is taken against these blatant rule breakers.
A particular fandom is constantly accused of being MIDs of each other and some members are accused of being PR of particular celebs just because they are their fans.
But the same is not applied to other "devoted" fandom as they have supporters in the attackers group
These 2 targeted fandoms are constantly attacked and mocked/ taunted by others
MID accusations are made openly which is against forum rules, members are bullied so much some of them have left the forum.
Certain actors and actresses bashing topics are closed within a few hours but other bashing topics remain open for 2-3 days and everyone indulges in vicious name-calling and fighting.fanwars
Obviously more moderators are needed for this section immediately.
Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
