Summary- story by the original writer (HeadoverHeels) has been copied and tweaked by subsequent writer (psychopinks) on I-F.

This subsequent writer has requested her thread to be deleted from I-F. Please accede to that request of hers because though she started deleting her chapters at one point,
1. the work is still available on I-F and ;
2. notwithstanding the attention drawn to her blog ( where again I-F is the facilitator since she redirects to it openly), it's an insult to I-F policies on intellectual property.
This is ILLEGAL.
Some brief examples of how the work has been plagiarised,
The name Anumita in COS is the same as the mother's name in this story.The arranged marriage
The airport meeting
The Payal/Akaash affair
The childhood abuse via Anumita is similar (only in COS it was the father)
The Khushi denial and movie watching with Arnav
The revenge twists
and others mentionned on the thread as from page 74.
Unfortunately, the list does not stop there.
So basically, the combination of the main plotline, characterisation, issues and fancies that the original writer had drawn attention to were reproduced in one and the same story.
There is already a half-apology garnered, finally conceding that yes the name credit, for instance, is HOH's and that permission should have been requested.
But this should not be reduced to similarity in name only, although that should be enough in the conceptualized context; I'm afraid an apology cannot be drawn out for every point, clarifying out the whys and dragging this to thread upon thread, simply because that is impractical
.. since the list of apologies for each would be long.
On the particular red-flags noted - knowing the difference is a judgment call but knowing and being determined to stay blind is an insult to the blind.
For the sake of transparency on India-Forums, I would request your team of FF mods to include a note on WHY the thread has been closed ASAP !
AND
remove all the remaining chapters, if the thread will stay in the FF section.
Otherwise, the remaining chapters will still be accessible on I-F, which defeats the purpose of a simple closure here.
Failing that, kindly remove the whole thread from I-F. The rationale for the sanction would be transparent enough.
