Who is to blame for RJN's low TRPs other than Star Plus itself? After the initial promos in which various tv actresses introduced Sanchi and that one Mahaepisode, Star Plus has never advertised the show and has always given it step-motherly treatment.
I began to watch this show when I suddenly saw the 'Kahani Ab Tak' one saturday afternoon. I was impressed by the acting, storyline and loved the fact that the show wasn't fixated on romance but focused on actual issues. The female lead was strong, witty and not a crybaby! So, for me, it was an ideal feminist show. The tracks would last not more than 7 to 8 episodes which helped in keeping the story fresh. I agree that love between InSa should have bloomed a month ago but the last month has been great, entertainment-wise! This was good because RJN deserved a break after all the heavy-duty stuff. Now just because its not a romcom like every other Star Plus show, its being axed!
The 6.30 slot was experimental and even then RJN has found fans in India and abroad. What more do you want? Why is everything about TRP anyway? Doesn't quality mean anything? Every show focuses on romance and lovie-dovie but irrational scenes that don't take the story forward. If that was the future of RJN, then I'm actually glad that it is ending rather than turning into a nonsensical romcom or drama. I trust the CVs will end it well and will continue to keep up the good and logical work that they have been doing till now.
I wish the CVs, cast and crew of RJN all the very best for their future endeavours and hope that they keep entertaining us with such great shows. Obviously, I will miss AD and PS very much and I wish both of them the best in life and I hope they continue to get even better roles and much more success.
If the show ends in September, I'll most probably stop posting on IF as I don't really like posting on any other forum. So I take this opportunity to say that this is the best and most fun forum ever with the most interesting, kind, sweet and intelligent members. I thank all of you for the fun and good times I've had here. I will miss this forum as much as the show, if not more. All the best and truckloads of love to the RJN and IF family.

P.S. I know this reads like a sob story, so I'm sorry if I bored anyone.. I just needed to get it off my chest. I will continue to grace you all with my presence till RJN is alive and kicking :-D and maybe I'll put in a cameo here and there even after that. XOXO.
