The show starts at KK Dhanraj's office( he is Rahul's uncle) . Dhanraj is asking his assistant on the progress made in getting the hospital. The assistant tells him that they have put lots of garbage around the hospital and also caused lots of inconvience. He also says that katri the director of the hospital is with them. Dhanraj tells him to make sure that the hosiptal is put under such situations that they sell the land.
Back at the hospital the pregnant lady is trying to deliver the baby. Shanraj's asistant gives the peon money and the electricity gets cut . Teju and the docs are wondering why the generator backup is not coming on. Meantime the lady delivers a baby. When she comes out of the operation room Teju decides to go over to the construction site who is causing them all this problems . The matron and another nurse Ria tries to stop her but she does not listen
In the construction site Teju confronts Rahul . Rahul tells her he is not the electricity board and that is where she needs to go. Teju tells him that its because of his construction there is lot of dirt and accumulations everywhere. Also the polution and all the other troubles are due to the mall coming up. Rahul tells her that he does not speak to assistants and to send her boss and then he will deal with them. Teju leaves there in anger.
Another nurse Sukaya ( she is the actress who plays hetal in TKTG) comes to matron and asks for Teju. When she leaves that Teju is not there and gone to do her social service she decides to tell the director khatri. She goes to Khatri with a file. Khatri asks her where is the details of the baby and Sukaya tells that she was not the nurse who was there during labor and it was Teju who is not here. She has gone over to the construction site to solve the electricity problem. Khatri is not happy to hear this.
Imran Rahul's assistant says that what Teju says is right. But he tells Rahul that he needs to get the details from his uncle and not him. Rahul goes over to find out the details and Dhanraj gives him some false story about the hospital coming to him to ask him to buy them but he denied and now they are finding different ways of troubling him. Rahul believes the story and apologies to his uncle for suspecting him.
When Teju comes back Sukaya tells her that director is looking for her. When Teju goes there the director tells her that he knows her motives are good but that is not her work and there are others to look after that and for that he is suspending her for 3 days
Subhaini and her husband are in an auto going over to Suhas's house. Subhaini is not happy about it but Kunal her husband just gives filmy dialogues.
Dhanraj calls Khatri and tells him to keep his nurses under control and for that he will get as much of money as he wants. But if something goes wrong he will not be spared.
Suhas has made sheera and is giving Noyanika . Teju comes there and Suhas asks her why she is at home. Teju tells him her friend is doing her shift . Suhas asks her to give him the goldmedal so he can show Noyanika. He shows Noyanika the gold medal but Noyanika is not interested.Teju decides to go to the gym.Rahul also comes to the gym and he and Teju run into each other
