I feel like somewhere Star Plus finally stuck their leg in. My reasoning behind this thought is:

1. I do agree with you. The pace has slowed down. The last week I was unable to watch every episode and yet I felt like I didn't miss much. That has never happened.
2. Like you said, by now Anami would have been out of LM and fought off goons and ended up at Adhiraj's house.
3. The TRPs are steady and so why not slow it down. It's probably a first for SP where a show's TRP has been steady despite the time slot change and the slight dramatization of scenes.
4. SP doesn't have any new shows lined up. In a perfect world, RKC is a finite series which has reached its halfway mark and so in other few months it should be over. By now there would be news of untitled show X being helmed by Director Y or Producer Z for SP. So far nothing. If RKC was allowed to run its course, then SP will be stuck with a time slot with nothing to show on it (as of now). Better to slow down RKC and make it run a bit longer.
5. More dramatization of scenes. The whole precap just gave this feel of being dramatized. Anami has to disguise herself and yet every second she feels she'll be caught and we're going to be shown every second it seems.
6. Sudden changes in characters. What happened between Satrupa and Anami yesterday made sense, but I don't get how Satrupa suddenly started imagining what the family would say and do to her if they found out the truth. That's just not who Satrupa is.
7. The sudden disregard for bloopers has gotten annoying now. Before there was a mistake and it was easily overlooked because the scene was so good, but now it makes no sense. For example, how does Anami still hear Satrupa through Beats headphones even if she's playing no music? Beats headphones are soundproof even without music. You put them over your ears and unless someone is speaking right next to you, you won't hear them. Here Satrupa has her back turned to Anami, is about 5 feet from Anami, and is speaking in a low voice, yet Anami hears her. Or how Adhiraj somehow manages to reach Anami within a few minutes of her call every time.

I still enjoy the show so I've avoided complaining, but today you opened this topic so I had to let it out.

I found the Laddoo episodes dragged after the first week ( I consoled myself with the fact that most of the cast was on leave ).. the last two episodes have been OK and good in terms of pace... but today dragged and I am sure that the rest of the week is going to drag too.

In normal RKC time , Anami would have been out of LM by now with none of the side shows on dress or prasad. I am not sure if this is for TRPs or because the actors were missing this week too!

Glad that someone feels the same. The complaint is because I enjoy the show for eschewing the usual drawn out dramatics. I feel that SP is getting greedy -- they saw that the drawn out Laddoo track got them TRPs ...they are angling for more. While getting TRPs is good.. the essence of the show is lost when there is dragging of tracks. Compare the pace of Vats leaving to Anami leaving or even Anami trying to leave the first time and leaving now...

I still love the show, the characters and the acting ... its still the most watchable thing out there on SP for me.

And if the spoiler I read on the forum is true then toh its a gone case as far as I go. I am not interested in watching Adhiraj/Anami love story .
