He maybe the son of the devil
Yet there is light in him.

He is just another fallen angel who didn't even know he was fallen or Angel.

Every soul is worth saving.
Every soul needs but a chance.

In every dark corner light can be found. And every light leads to streets where the blind can see.

***

That light has finally entered in the form of Anami. To rise those who have all fallen.

This light will heal our fallen angel. She will save his soul from the shadow of hate he lives in.

I have always believed Narottam had light in him. He just needed someone to bring it out. Someone to love him and free his shackled soul. The very soul everyone took their time to break and bind.

I have always stood by him. I am willing to back Narottam no matter what may come. No matter what he does and who he hurts. How dark he becomes. I will stand by him.

But watching today's episode gave me a kind solace knowing our tormented soul can be so easily and quickly be touched. He has a heart that can be easily touched.

He just needs love. Love without terms and conditions. Healthy love.

I've said this before. Yes, Vatsalya was kind to him. But he was never his protector. He could never take a stand for him. Vatsalya could barely take a stand for himself. He was always playing peace maker.

Anami, doesn't care. She has the guts to voice out and question all that is wrong. She will point fingers, she will call out names.

Narottam, feels something for Anami. He feels a certain admiration for her. He feels a certain protectiveness towards her.

But most importantly he FEELS something that isn't related to hate. That is being led and directed to hate by Sudha.

This emotion he is being led to believe, forced to feel will play its roll, for now. But later no matter how distant, love will prevail. Because what he felt for her is natural. It was his own heart. His own will.

And what he felt for her in those stolen moments was not hate or resentment.

I have backed Narottam from day one and I like what you said because I've known it since day one. The guy isn't evil. He isn't conniving. He isn't calculative. He's been hated all his life. Shackled, bound, tortured, hated, forced to become a shadow.

In that time if anyone showed a bit of care for him it was his mother albeit it was more forced because everyone hates Sudha and Narottam so of course the two would bond over that.

But now Anami has arrived and suddenly Narottam is seeing a whole new person.

Vatsalya was a good brother. He cared for Narottam. That much is evident. But he never actually stood up and fought. Yes he refused to go to Banaras without Narottam, but that wasn't really a stand. He knew that everyone would bend to his wish. It wasn't any solace for Narottam.

But Anami is different because no one is bound to listen to her. Everyone has made that much clear. And she's made it clear that she's hear to bring change in the house and find out what really happened to Vatsalya. Once her mission is over, then Lal Mahal can go to hell as far as she cares. That I-don't-give-a-damn-attitude and loud personality (not negative) has won Narottam over because he's finally seeing someone who will ensure that no one touches him when she's around, who will fight for his rights over her own, who will give up anything to side by him. That's what Narottam needed.

I read a comment on the forum yesterday. I don't remember who wrote it, but someone said that when it comes time for Narottam to go against everyone and use Anami, he will see sense and love and hopefully go over to the right side. I agree. The day Narottam's truth is revealed he will have to choose Sudha or Anami. And given the way both are treating him, I can see him choosing Anami. At the same time, he will be broken when he realizes what Sudha really is because she's his mother and the closest he's seen to love.

@Athene

The problem with Vatsalya was, he never questioned his parents and family's actions and treatment towards Narottam. He never called them out, never said they were wrong and neither did he do anything to change it.

I dread the day Narottam comes to know his mother was only using him. That he was just a pawn. I can't imagine the kind of pain he would feel. After all. She was his own. She led him to believe she truly loved and cared for him. She was the only one he found comfort in. My heart breaks for him whenever I see him with her.

His gonna completely shatter. I can only hope Anami is there by him when it all falls apart. When the facade of Sudha breaks. Amani will pick up his pieces and help rebuilt him.

But before it all happens I really want Sudha to make the red family stuffer. I can never get over how abusively and cruelty they treated Narottam. All of them. I have no sympathy or love towards the family.

They treat him as if he were a plague.

Its funny how they're fearful of Anami getting close to him. They have done everything within them to break him and yet they still fear him. Although he has no power, no strength, no backing and hasn't attacked or done anything yet to harm them there is a part of them that fears him. Its like they know his gonna retaliate one day. That he is a threat. His dangerous. And with Anami by his side they can see their fears coming true.

I also liked Sudha yesterday. she immediately realised that what Narottam feels for Anami is genuine love for his half sister steming from admiration and took quick action to divert those feelings by making him recall that he wants his right but not as somebody's mercy but as something that rightfully belongs to him.
this is what will drive Narottam's every action from now on. his genuine feelings for Anami will still remain but he will always choose his plan over her coz he doesn't want to be the beggar the one she feels pity for. and the irony is that he is acting all weak and hurt to make her believe that she needs to pity him.😆
but Anami some how always ends up bring out the real him be it with confrontation with Adhiraj or his blocking her attacks on him. even there are times when he genuinely smiles with her or does small small things for her like a real brother. times when he glances at her with affection of a brother.

I want one day for Narottam to leave his mother's side at the same time that Anami chooses to learn a thing or too from her own mother Satrupa. Narottam can still love his mother while Anami still hates her but the difference will be that Narottam will lose respect for Sudha for how conniving she is whereas Anami will respect Satrupa for how shrewd she is.
oh! the kind of conflicts this show can present.😆

Beautiful Post ❤️
In the precap Gayatri tells Satrupa that Narottam is pulling Anami towards him.. Little do they know that its also Anami who is pulling Narottam towards him... ❤️ Sudha teaches Narottam that love kills but its hatred that keeps a person alive.. Hatred for Lal Mahal has certainly kept him alive I am hopeful for a day when his love for Anami gives him a new "LIFE" 😊

It will be tough for Anami to decode Narottam but I am glad that even though Anami trusts Narottam, she still has an active mind which somewhere does sense something fishy about Narottam too..

For now, Anami blinded by her hatred for Satrupa dismisses the warning given by her..

Narottam blinded by the love for his mother dismisses the first breeze of love he felt for the first time with Anami..

Beautiful post dear. I believe that all he needs some care and affection, light in his life. He will stop wandering in the darkness the day he will find the light in anami.
