I really don't know if 16.07.2017 should be called a milestone for RKC, yet, because I know and I hope for that matter I'm proven wrong time and again. This show has a long way to go, but wherever its sloping right now, its nowhere but the sky!
Right from the beginning, it has managed to hook me on it (which isn't that easy, as far as daily soaps are concerned), had me on the edge with its brilliant storyline and power-packed performances, every time making me thirsty for more when those damn twenty-ish minutes were up.
But, wait a second.
W*F happened in yesterday's episode?
It was unbelievably mindblowing to an extent that it rendered my emotions to go all whacky; I didn't know whether I should feel for the split up twins or I should cry at how beautiful something could be created out of nothing. It felt surreal like it made me imagine of a revelation being exploded into my life that I have a twin whom I had met unknowingly, shared a strong bond and at the end, only to find he's no more. It seemed THAT real. 😲
It hit me hard, finally tearing me up (which is happening quite often while watching this show). The scene was crisp and spot on, with no extra glitches here or there. The sudden dream appearance of the dead which is otherwise hell annoying and is often an overflow of extreme dramatic-ness, but Vatsalya's were like an etch on the heart. It perfectly portrayed how Anami could have broken down by entering his room and missing the centric part of her life; her twin-brother, if they both had spent their lives together from day one.
Such honest divulging of sorrow for the lost soul all upon just a single meeting is a great deal. The connection is truly pure and I wouldn't be surprised if she chooses to stay back and continue the legacy he left - for her to move ahead, not by taking over his place, but just being a part of the emptiest space he had been feeling most of his life. Ironically, that part is found, all after he lost himself.
And not to forget, the writers, directors, producers and of course the actors or any other human who is involved in the making of this mighty show, take a bow.
It's crazy how a bunch of mad people can come together to create such a bizarre connection with us, audience, someone like you and me who they don't even know exists, but over a span of some weeks have already built an emotional relationship.
All about feels, isn't it?
Have a great day everyone! ❤️
