The DNA test

The upcoming DNA test seems to have been postponed for the moment because of Vikram Singh's illness ... but my guess is that Pujan will use the occasion to push down the image of RS even further so that it becomes even more imperative to choose the heir. However this might backfire on him ... because for the story to progress, the DNA test has to prove the truth i.e that Anami is the real daughter of Satrupa and Baldev.

When it was first proposed, the DNA test was relatively uncontroversial. Satrupa wanted it because she wanted to prove the truth ... no one else even knew about it. Now ... everyone knows. and everyone has a vested interest in the result.

Earlier Pujan, Dadaji, Dadiji and Baldev were not bothered, because they were sure the result would be negative.

Now ... things have changed.

Dadi wants it to prove Anami is the real heir.

Satrupa ... ditto ... she knows Anami is the real heir.

These two will make all efforts to ensure the test is done fairly without any interference.

Baldev and Dadaji have started getting suspicious ... but they want the truth ... so they won't interfere ... as of now ...

Not discussing the promo yet where Anami asks Baldev to interfere ... we have to see how that goes ... and whether it changes Baldev's mind.

Pujan has started getting suspicious ... so he will want to make sure it is negative ... AND he will try to tamper with the result if required.

Anami KNOWS it will be positive ... and she wants it to be negative, so that she can escape ... so she will also try to tamper with the result. Or she will ask Baldev ... probably to not give his sample or something.

Adhiraj is sure it will be negative ... so he will try to ensure it is done fairly and no one tampers with the result. He is actually on the same side as Satrupa and Dadi, and against Anami ... if only he knew that! 😆

Narottam and Sudha are the last players to enter ... my gut feel is that they will want the test to be positive, because they can then manipulate Anami, the true heir, against Satrupa and ?Baldev ... or use her to get Satrupa thrown out and Sudha back into lal mahal ... also they want to throw out Avdhoot ... as Narottam has already seen what life will be like if Avdhoot takes over control. So they want to kick out Pujan and Avdhoot for sure.

Phew ... this is indeed a Chakravyuh!!! 😆

yes, Ash ... the DNA test is an important chapter in the show ... so I guess it will happen only once all the major players are informed and have their plans ready ... to tamper or not to tamper 😆

I wonder which direction they will go in with the DNA test. Will it be the cliche route of Pujan messing with the results until some event happens that demands a second test or will it be a straightforward positive result and the story moves on. I agree that Narottam and Sudha they think Anami is a better bet from their POV, they think she will be easier to manipulate. I'm just waiting for the day Anami realises that Narottam is playing her, he'll have nowhere to hide😆 Having said that I still can't hate Narottam, even though he is the snake Satrupa calls him. That self flagellation scene, his flashbacks and his breakdown were just too powerful.

I was a bit disappointed when Pujan outsmarted Satrupa 😡 and that 'bit disappointment' turned into 'huge disappointment ' with the pre cap of tonight's episode...the thing I was dreading most is coming true and I am not happy about it. I hate it when villians keep having a field day by manipulating their targets ...it's so Ektaa Kapoor like 😭 I hope this does not go on here for long and better sense prevails on ppl concerned * fingers crossed *

Today we were introduced to the last key players ... what most of us had guessed already ... Narottam is Sudha's son. Their plan is to use Anami ... so they might want her as established heir. They definitely don't want Avdhoot ... the test can either be positive or negative ... so it will be Anami or Avdhoot. Anami is probably the lesser of the two evils for them.

Narottam knows Anami hates Satrupa ... I think he will also find out soon enough that she doesn't want to stay in LM ... or once she is declared heir, he can give her a sob story of how he, as Baldev's elder son is the rightful heir .

Karna, being righteous, even so found himself aligned with the wrong side, the Kauravas ... against Arjuna and the other Pandavas. Will Anami find herself in the same situation?

Well said ... hope it's Satrupa Anami... it will break my heart to see mother daughter at loggerheads for long ... it was so heart touching to see the way Satrupa's expressions changed when she saw Anami in her room & picked up her payal ... it was sooo beautiful and heartfelt...
