This character was so amazingly realistic, and I am astounded at how on-the-mark it was as the episode continued on! The honeyed tone and overbearing undercurrent...the aunty who is saying something, but really means something else...who'll say she talks too much but continue talking on 😆 Whose name you'll see on the caller ID and wince a la Isha 😆 Who will call you puttar and 'betaayyy' non-stop 😆 Jo aunty haath dho ke peeche pad jaati hain and knows it herself too 😆 The actress who played Mrs. Kohli was such a natural!

This storyline was so relatable because she was the aunty that everyone knows 😛

My favourite Rohan dialogue from the episode, which was soooo unexpected and Kavi delivered in such a fantastic way that I burst out laughing:

"Main kaafi kharab mood mein hoon, Ruby Aunty ko thapad maar doonga."

Touche, Rohan. Touche

I wouldn't say much cuz u have practically said it all! I would just say I agree. Ruby aunty is the typical Aunty especially from a high society business family just as she was stating herself. 😉 And they are pretty irritating. 😛 And wasn't she the same actress who plays Mahi's Dadi in Mahi Way??🤔

We all know a ruby aunty, always saying "mujhe sub pata hai"
lol..
She was such an evil mom seriously.. When she rubbed her hand on Karan's shoulder, I actually felt scared lol.. Seemed as If she was casting some kind of spell on her son lol

n I just love Rohan for the "ruby aunty ko thapad mar dunga" dialogue.. Hahaha.. That was much needed.. Ruby aunty was hell irritating..
I cracked up when isha said "thordi irritating haina ruby aunty" n Rohan replied "nahin nahin, bohot achi hain, is liye kidnap kerwana hai" Rohan is just mindblowing..
N another dialogue I totally loved, that came from rohan was when he was saying something to Karan n ruby aunty interrupts n Rohan snubs her saying "main aapse nahin, Karan se baat ker raha tha" hahaha.. It was like "bang on".. Rohan ne ruby aunty ki bolti bund ker di.. Lol

@Bold part : I was also gonna highlight that dialogue of Rohan's as well! 😆 😆 I loved the way he told that to her! He didn't even care..after saying that, he didn't wait for her respond but turned back to talking to Karan as though nth had happened...😆 ..It was so like Rohan! Man she was annoying me so much! I already hated the way she spoke in the first place..that horribly sweet tone of hers which ironically puts me off..😆 and i agree with Vini01 the part when she starts to turn to face her son sideways and pats/slow touch (whatever it's call😆) him slowly it looked very much freaky..and i woudn't be surprised if she was really chanting some spells within herself 😆..it seemed like that...cos after that magical touch ( i would call it scary though) he ALWAYS agrees with her..until off course the last part..hmm i think her spell must have been slowly wearing off..😆 😆..Sheez the way she kept on insisting that a business family should only have ties with another business family...😕..and then scheming to prevent her son from meeting that girl (forgot her name)..

The last scene with Ruby aunty was the best. Rohan's and Isha's reactions, Isha esp, when they saw Ruby aunty slow touching her son's shoulder..🤣..like "Oh no not the touch again! Yikess!"

utterly annoying and the one person for whom you would strip all your sharam and take pride in being batameez! I burst out laughing when Rohan reacted to "Ruby aunty beta.. sab menu Ruby aunty bulandey hai" 🤣 Rohan was just like "Aho" 🤣🤣🤣

Loved Rohan and his thappad dialogue... I was seriously laughing out loud .. it was simply a classic Rohan thing to do !

And Isha's wince contradicting her "hello aunty" was priceless as well. It's as if Isha has this inner Rohan within her itself.. but she's way too sweet to say anything.

HAve to agree with Vini and blueberry on the touch thing as well.. it's like she had to touch the right spot on the shoulder, stroke it three time and utter some mantra and the job would be done.

God, this show is amazing!!!!

LOL.. Exactly! Who doesn't know a Ruby Aunty?? Also, trust Rohan to come up with something or the other in retaliation to these "interesting" characters..but this time Rohan didn't give it to her straight on her face for a change...and kept it simple yet effective...LOL @ his gestures...main actually Karan se baat kar raha tha..haha..his irritation was so evident there. And also when he tells Ruby aunty that the girl she was so intersted in wasn't interested in Karan..perfect badla.lol...Rohan is such a sweet devil ROFL @ his thappar mardunga dialogue. I seriously pity people like Karan. His little talk with Isha about his Mom proved useful to him...thankfully.

so true...that "aunty touch" was damn scary.... really looked as if she was doing some black magic tricks on him..😆 it was creepy....she was one evil mommy.. im glad she got the spell wrong in the end..😆

The kidnapping dialogue and 'Aho!' were great ones as well 😆 It's only fair that for all the ulta-seedha people that come to R.com, there's a Rohan there to give it to them as good as it gets 😆

Aunty's 'spell' 😳 Stroking the shoulder three times with her finger and then placing her hand on Karan's heart as if to signal 'kaam tamaam' 😆 Weird and creepy, but a great character quirk? Very much :P

Absolutely! 😆 Especially since Aunty was jaap-ing Bhavnani Builders ka naam again and again and again 😆

While we're on the topic, wonder why she was so set against Sameera? I had thought that it would turn out that Aunty had some previous history with Sameera, so she didn't want Karan to see her...but they didn't say.

Perfect topic Fatima! 😆 EVERYONE knows a Ruby Aunty...as for her little spell, that honestly freaked me out, I was like whattt is that? 😆 And like you knew when she'd do it too 😆 That was even creepier, as for rohan's little thapad line 😳 He always makes my day 😆

She was opposed to Sameera, because outta all the girls, Sameera wasn't from a big business background and she only worked/vice president of a bank, so Ruby Aunty didn't think she'd 'suit' their family *erm*
