With Kabir's past experience with RG and RG's smooth threats to Ananya, I just have a thought about their future course of action.. Something I might do if I am in their shoes..
What if Kabir and Annaya send their families into hiding until the case is resolved, and they themselves go undercover? Is it a possibility? If SK's letter has some solid proof and if they think they can bring RG down with some more work, they might as well do it to escape from RG's (and Shreya's) continuous vigilance. Kabir might just inform Khalid that he and Annaya are taking a leave of absence. And only Lakshman and Tinnu might have access to them. Kabir might even ask Khurana to provide secret police protection to their families.
And this could be the reason why RG (or Shreya) ends up attacking Ronnie as they are able to reach neither KaYa nor their families.. Imagine a situation where Lakshman or Tinnu informs KaYa about attack on Ronnie, and we might see a revisit of Dr. Pandey at the hospital ;).
