I guess there are two reasons for Ananya giving Rajbeer a chance to speak

1 Ananya has slightly got her brain back after knowing of Shreya's involvement

2 Ananya might have felt Rajveer is an innocent party as he has not been involved with the case

Ananaya might have also think agar Papa ne kaha unhone sab prrofs ka intezaam kiya tha aur hamare paas nhn hai toh shayad Kabir ke paas ho and Rajveer clearly mentioned that he wants to discuss something about her father.
