It was Ananya who very sweetly posed this to Kabeer when they were struck in the jungle.
And he nonchalantly replied, "wahi hoga jo ek love story mein hota hai."
Well, as the story moves forward, I am waiting to see how this love story unfolds. Right now, both our protagonists are going through some mighty tough times. But, sometime soon, over the next 5-10 episodes they will have to sort out the mess they both find themselves in, and get going. Stronger than before.
What is life, without a few up's and down's. But, the true worth of an individual is in how they pick up themselves, dust themselves down and move forward. It is about how we rebuild our life - bottom up - pick the pieces and move forward to make a success story of ourselves.
I am one of the die-hard KaYa shippers who wanted Kabir to fight for his lady love. Way he is going fight is the last thing on his mind. I am not sure how the CVs plan to take this story forward.
But, reporting is not a profession for the weak-hearted. You need to be brave. You have got to have passion for the truth to be a good journalist. Courage is your second name. Smartness is your identity. Oh yes, you need to have an inherent ability to fight the office-politics too.
(PS: Small confession - I was also a reporter by profession before I moved on to greener pastures in the IT industry. I know what goes into being successful in that profession)
This is the first time we have show based on the life of journalists. I wish/hope/pray CVs show these professionals in the right spirit...show them as brave and courageous...show them as smart and intelligent...show them as practical and sorted out...show them as someone who can allow their minds to rule over their heart.
