Next day as KaYa reached the office both bumped into each other...

They enter inside and Trisha jumps on Ananya...

Kabir was working in his cabin...he was physically present there but was mentally in his Ananya land...
A knock on his door bought him back.
A: sir...may I come in?
K: ye..yes please come in miss Kashyap...
A: sir actually ek lead mili hai par mere source ke mutabik mera akele jana safe nahi hai...so could u come?

The drove off to the scheduled place...

He called from a corner...and told both not to make noise...
He showed them a small chip he had hidden in his shoes...

Aaiye footage dekhte hai...they sat inside the Car and Ananya opened her laptop and inserted the chip in it...
She saw a man who's face was not clear entering a room...and stabbing a person to death...removing the finger prints just then a shadow Is seen on the wall...
Ananya's father enters and runs to the injured person and removes the knife...just then many people storm inside and start beating him up calling him a murderer and also blacken his face and ultimately beat him mercilessly to death...
T: ok...madam ji mujhe nikalna padega...
He goes...
Kabir noticed Ananya's devastated state...she kept on staring at the screen...
She knew her father was innocent but the fact that was killed for trying to save the victim while the actual killer still roams free...
Kabir put a hand on her shoulder and she broke down in his arms...
A: kyu sir...hamesha achche loge ke saath bura hi kyu hota hai?...
This was the same question whose answer Kabir himself wanted...

Finally he realized that he's not only person who had a ridiculous par but never in his wildest dreams had he thought that his stupid reporter who was so bubbly and innocent may have gone through something like this...
But now he had decided he will protect his love and not let anyone hurt her ever...
Ananya could barely walk she was deeply traumatized...so kabir picked her up in his arms and opened the door with her keys since her mom and brother were out...
He layed her down on her bed and covered her with a blanket...
He too sat next to her patting her...and dozed off himself...

Early next morning Ananya woke up and noticed kabir beside her...she smiled...

She somehow made him lie on the bed and left for office ...
In office...
Malvika was asking everyone about kabir...
R: kabir sir aaj aaye nahi...
A: Vo nahi aayenge...
M: tumhe pata hai kabir kaha hai?...
A: ha...Vo mere ghar par hai...he's sleeping...Vo kal raat ek story par kaam karte karte bohot late ho gaya so...
Malvika was burning in jealously she simply walked away making a face...
