remix v/s hip hip hurray

most of the janta on this forum is from 14 to 17 yrs group ......right.now when i was a kid ....and i'm 20 so when i was say............13, one serial aired on zee t.v.

it's name was hip hip hurray.the show was based on again the same.....12th class students and their lives.........although there was no band/music thing attached to it as remix............

neither the characters were larger than life or that sort.......as remix.but i certainly loved that show.

it came once in a week......and only 70 odd episodes were aired of it before it went off air.now i think that it really portrayed the school life quite well........and it's end also brought me sadness, as remix........

if anybody has watched that show,even it's repeats...........do comment and give your indepth review on the show ,it's characters.......and it' comparison with remix.

now don't say remix is incomparable and all..........because , if you have ever watched it you'll atleast say.......that the show was ahead of it's time and.........as far as i am concerned that show rocked as well.

p.s- the omparison idea came to my mind bcoz they both wre campus shows........and acc. to me thse two are the best campus shows ever to be aired on indian television. some of thm really sucked.

i did watch dat serial but i dun remember much of it but during dat time it was a very gud serial i remember 1 more serial skool days dat was also some wat same.

i was crazy abt hip hip hurray.....i remember in my building everyday we all frnds wud discuss the show

well nt being a diplomat bt genuiney both shows stand up on their own......they cant b compared.....

if i hav to say....hip hip hurray was much more practical than remix.......like it was much of a normal school like we all attend

whereas maurya is sumthing we all atleast i hav never cum across.....i wish i went to a school like maurya!

i hav also seen the repeats of hhh many times....i almost remember every episode of it jus like i do of remix......

bt still if i had to choose one it wud undoubtedly b Remix 😳 ...... n if i try to giv reasons 4 saying so......the whole day wudnt b enuff 😆

n i agree a few other shows also came on school life which totally sucked 🤢 ......these two were classy ......bt still cant b compared.....they were special in their own way 😊

to be very frank as rakhi_uv said hip hip hurray was more practical. i just loved watching that show .it was very real in terms of characters and the sets 😊 i quite liked the character mazhar played by purab kohli .

then remix came and i got hooked onto it. both were the only college campus shows i think which actually did well on television .there cannot be another remix or hip hip hurray

Even i was mad over the show and i do agree with rakhi and veo tht It was indeed more Practical.. 😃

me and my sis used to watch that prog.it was good but i was not that mad about it!but the serial was excellent!it was practical!and somehow if i have to choose then it wud be hip hip hurray!remix was gud!but it was more of dating stuff whereas HHH was having that stuff to some extent!i liked the characters of raghav(rushad),cyrus(shahrukh broacha)and alisha(candida fernandis)!others were also very gud like john(vishal)and kiran(peeya chowdhary)!
as a whole both programs r gud 😊

great there are some replies......and really as rakhi said they both just can't be compared.....but seriously after listening to many above.....giving names of mazhar, alisha,raghav,cyrus..........it has brought back some good memories....it was more practical....no doubt.........
but remix had more.......more a protagonist show...and it had more than just campus..........like band and stufff...but again hhh aired once in a week....but certainly rakhi summed it pretty well. and i too loved remix more.....atleast in the first season...it was excellent.but crtainly hhh was ahead of it's time,in which it aired

p.s - what about vinny sir......did't he corrsponde to r.d sir of remix.

yea rd sir was similar to wini sir......btw wini sir was way too cute besides he stayed wid the kids till the end unlike raghav sir......tht way ther were quite a few similarites......ther was prishita who was sumwat like tia ahuja......cyrus was like sid 😆 ...... n i think ther was only one major love track btw alisha n raffey .......i agree in hhh ther was equal attention payed to every character .....which unfortunately dint happen in remix

yeah quite true......attention was given to all the characters....and the teachers were also more and more recognizable than remix....... nd the principal was better than remix😆😆

jumbo wasnt tht bad .....i only realised this in the very end of the show 😆 ......neways soo much said abt hhh yet if i had a choice i wud neday want to see a new season of remix than hhh.....with hhh i can atleast write down points wat i hav luved abt it bt with remix the list is just endless y remix is the best afterall 😳😃
