Television's funny-man Nasir Kazi has ventured into the beauty and skin care territory along with his wife Shabnam and sister-in-law Kahkashan and celebrated his new venture on Thursday, which saw a bevy of television stars attend to cheer on their colleague. Shama Sikander was amongst the first to troop in and also the first to vanish away as fast as she came.
Vandana Sajnani was seen engaged in a serious discussion with Nasir, about the rehearsals of the new play they're coming up with. Pawan Shankar had a field day, going through a huge round of hair treatments. "I love being pampered this way!" said Pawan.
Bosom pals Sonia Kapuur and Dipshikkha walked in together and stuck to each other throughout the evening. Both pals seemed in high sprits, what with their professional and personal lives rocking at the moment, as Deepshikkha said. While Deepshikkha, looking resplendent in her new crop and super-toned figure ("a result of all that walking I did in Bangkok while shooting for a film recently", she quipped), Sonia sounded excited about her upcoming tour to London to perform at Himesh Reshammiya's show!
MAKEOVER MANIA: Munisha Khatwani, who fielded a lot of curious questions about tarot, got herself a fabulous makeover that earned her quite a lot of compliments.
WISHFUL THINKING: Ritu Chaudhury, made a quiet entry and was seen luxuriating in a lazy hair massage — "just what I need after a hard days' work; how I wish I could get this everyday" said Ritu.
