Between all this, when does the actor get any time to sleep? "Every day I shoot for Rangrasiya for almost 12 hours, then I go for Jhalak at 10pm.
After shooting till 3 in the morning, I reach home. So I really don't get time to sleep," he says. But the actor manages to take time out for his physiotherapy sessions, as he is suffering from back pain and a neck sprain. "Due to a sprain in my neck, I have to go for regular sessions. My physiotherapist, who accompanies me to the shoots, manages to pull me away from work for my exercises," he says. Ashish adds that working for two shows is not very difficult if one has a support system. "Since both the shows are for the same channel, it becomes easier for me to cope. Also, my teams in both the shows are highly cooperative. Especially my choreographer Shampa, who is working really hard with me," he says.
