Guys listen. Whether u are a Sanaya/Paro fan, A Rudra/Ashish fan or a parud fan. In ANY case a new young male negative character which would suit any of these 4 guys they have selected would be good for ALL OF US!

Let me explain. This guy would be a very young role of the same as Paro and Rudra. Thus the guy would be pitted against both of them in different ways. The threat would be on parud relationship.
And this would directly get the storyline shifted from the past - past generation and bring the younger generation to the focus.

This show's core audience is youngsters. But as of now the younger generation the show already has is not enough to fill 22 mins every day - cz practically Sanaya and Ashish would be drained out if this happens. AND also parud r happy and are in love right now! And what next? As much as we would love it every day they cannot just show us what we got on last Friday can we? So in order to put tension in to them they will use either stupid Laila or insufferable Mohini! And it will be back to bakwas kitchen politics that would piss off the core audience base of RR and result in the TRPs plummeting!

But with this new villain who would interact with parud and will affect that relationship a younger generation based storyline can be developed.
We could see lots more of parud in intense, passionate moments probably driven by the male negative character's actions.

Imagine, if he was a threat - a known open threat Rudra knows. A threat emotionally and physically. But unlike Tejawat a threat he cannot legally overthrow in immediate future?

Then the tension would be so high to keep Paro protected from him in a physical sense and maybe deal with the emotional assault to what he tries with Paro and Paro will have to deal with Rudra going crazy over his inability to cut him out immediately! The couple's relationship would have to wisthstand this!

Simply said this move directly shifts the story from b/w 2 generations to the younger generation! Add Sumer to the mix sometimes - and even Laila and we have a potentially very volatile mixture and if handled well with a properly planned and written direction it could work wonders to this show.

This is not about another guy romancing Paro, or Paro falling for another guy! Cz one constant in this story, one absolution is Paro's love, devotion and completefaithfulness to Rudra. See this character is going to be NEGATIVE! If the female lead is to develop any feelings for him he is not going to be negative! He would be a parallel lead! So if she has no romantic feelings for him, with her being a married woman happily in love with her husband if that man has romantic or much baser feelings for Paro that doesn't really make it a positive triangle!
It will just make him negative but will focus directly PaRud relationship!

So think about it instead of being directly opposing and negative about it. Let the makers try this! It could be that one thing that will fix this show and shift it from being a mixed up fruit salad trying to cater to everyone and not managing to cater to anyone to directly in to romance genre which would be perfect for people like us!

PS: I am writing WU today. So replies to this will BE LATE!! So pls drop ur thoughts I will check back and reply later..😳

Nice post.. Agree with what you have written. The male lead will bring out intense emotions and will make PaRud 's relationship stronger.

Sunara 🤗 Enjoying all your posts again.

You make a convincing argument, a bit of tension and pressure on the relationship could add to the passion and strength of Parud. It will even take us away a little bit from kitchen politics. My only wish is whatever they do, I hope the writers write an entertaining script without butchering or compromising existing characters especially the female ones, which they are prone to do.

Introduction of another male character in most shows leads to a track where the FL is somehow forcibly married to that character. In ST's previous 2 shows also i heard thats what happened and thats when the shows went down. If this show is going to go that way then i am not interested. RR is anyway not a very high TRP show...it has a selective audience who mostly watch it for the Parud story. Tainting of the PaRud love story will not work for the show at all.

As long as the negative lead only created problems its fine but if we are going for a love triangle it does not make sense at this point where the leads have confessed, love each other and trust each other.

Completely agree, it would be the perfect off set for the PaRud relationship and bring in a new angle that can be well executed- especially with Sanaya and Ashish's A-1 acting. The parallels and insecurities Rudra will see with his relationship and his parents; and the fight Paro will put up to get his insecurities out of the way. I also have a feeling that team RR won't make the track into a dragged out convoluted mess, which will make it really enjoyable and not painful!!

PS: It's wonderful seeing you post again Doll! :D

i agree with u and with tejawat out of the picture i would prefer to have a new male negative character than mohini and all the boring kitchen politics as u said! would be interesting to see if he's maybe a terrorist, criminal, crooked bsd officer, from across the border and come to avenge his family or just someone brought in to amp up the tension between rudra and paro. and the actors mentioned r all leads so the role will be quite well developed and interesting i'm hoping 😊

I can totally see your point. I just don't want it to affect PaRud's relationship too much. 😊 But, it will be affected coz I can totally see Rudra getting possessive and jealous. And maybe, just maybe Paro might not like that? Though, that'll be highly unlikely, coz I've never seen a wife so utterly devoted to her husband.

Shalini di, I don't know much about MB.
But this much I know - the male lead in that show the character I mean was a brute to the woman. Few weeks back they showed him raping the female lead. And thus there is always space for another man to enter the story when there is such hate among them.

But is RR the same? Our male lead, Rudra would cut his arm off before he raped his paro as I said in another post. So is these equations actually so absolute?
This story is the first ever I have seen where the male lead has been projected as the protector and her the protected by him.. that signature stance of RR stands to that effect.
Also the divine connection the female lead weaves about her relationship/bond with her husband. these cannot be besmirched without destroying the very foundation of this story!

So i don't know.. just cz in another show/s it has been done.. here how can Paro who is already married to him, who loves him and who is loved by him - and both already knowing they reciprocate each other's feelings have space for her to have another marriage?
Couldn't there be some other way to this?

I am just asking to be open minded and let them see.. I don't think they would shoot their own feet by doing something like this at this precarious stage of ratings!
