Why only happily ever after?

I know its before time but I think its ok to comment as its just a daily soap which I religiously watch everyday at 9:00 pm with dinner and the food goes into my stomach only during the two minutes break 😆. I started watching RR as it was different from the rest of Indian daily soaps with little saas bahu drama and more focused on the life on two young people in the background of BSD, cross border illegal activities. I loved its locales which i still do. I loved the cast and the main couple especially yes, the character Rudra. His character, persona and the story attracted me.
The soap has some of its actual story intact but many questions and tracks have gone missing like:

1. Tejawat and his relations with BSD and others.

2. BSD, where is Singh sir, Rudra's boss. I haven't seen him after the Jaipur track.

Coming to the current story line, CV's, producer, director and the channel seems to be in hurry to end RR and if not, then why so much melodrama by the females in the show and family reunion ranting. My question is: WHY EASTERN SOAPS AND DRAMAS ARE OBESSESSED WITH A HAPPILY EVER AFTER NO MATTER WHAT THE RELATIONS ARE? Many families do not live such a life. Are people in this part of the world are so idealistic that they cannot accept reality in one soap even? I'm seriously not liking the upcoming track. Why is it necessary to live happily ever after. Just because of a self afflicted notion that families have to be together whatever wrong they do.
And why its only the females who have to perform the happily ever after ritual? Why cannot men do this? I mean only females make home, men are not a part of it. If males are not part of making a home, then why get married, only to ruin your's and someone else's life? In case of RR, I understand Rudra's problems who has lived a traumatised life firstly he cannot mend anything quickly and if tries then it will be slow. But what about Dilsher and Danveer, don't they need to tell everything to Rudra. I want them to accept their mistakes in front of Rudra at least. Just because they are elders, they don't need to do that. I do not believe this. For me, elders and children all are human beings and they should accept their mistakes when needed and say sorry. Its not a big deal. You cannot just ruin someone's life and won't even say sorry.

This happily after track is ruining the lead couple or as I assume, it has already done the damage. Paro is doing everything for the family reunion and Rudra just busy with family, no BSD, no Tejawat. Great CV's. You have quite ruined my favourite serial.
