Overboard? Could we have some art analysis here?

I just don't understand the cynic in the people commenting that the male lead's acting goes overboard?

I think Ashish is awesome in a majority of the scenes, but he really doesn't look good crying - its almost a disconnected manic look on his face:

@Tvbuf. I dun think anyone's face ( especially a man) will look good in crying.. But here this is the demand of the script... Looks hardly matters here..

I respect your opinion, and truly believe that Ashish was not as weak as some are deeming him to be... though I disagree with your idea that he was par excellence.

I srsly wz gonna gonna complain abt Laila crying (she looked weired! Lol) nd here the forum is flooded with posts on Ashish! Oh well...

honestly I don't know why some fans get so offended if people just criticise their fav actors acting a little (not pointing this at you).. just yesterday Ashish did a fabulous job and I mean it, he was amazingg and there were sooo many posts in this forum praising him and it was all cool, but just today a few people thought his crying went overboard and now people are getting defensive etc. I don't understand this. As viewers its our job to watch the show and like it as well as criticise it, so that the cvs know what is going well and what is not. But people are making these small issues into big matters which is seriously unpleasant. I'm sorry if I went off board but I just felt I had to point it out as the recent posts in this forum are very negative. P.S. I also think Rudra doesn't look good crying, he suits being rude, strict and possessive.😳

It's a forum and it's ok to criticize an actor or actress.
AS does over act in emotional scenes, that's my opinion and I am entitled
have it.
Saying that does not make me a cynic or sexist.

So quite a few people criticized it so what? We like the show so we praise the good acting ..like yday..n we criticize when we feel it falls short...both are good for the actors n the show...why are people getting so hyper? Its an open forum, everyone is entitled to an opinion...chill out :)

I agree with you on criticizing actors (even Sanz wz criticized for her OTT scenes in her other show), but i really think ppl should keep their thoughts to themselves cuz it always leads to fights. And as a fan of the show and Sanz i dont wanna see all these fights.
