Since all our predictions have gone awry - thanks to RR creatives - I wonder where are we heading... From now on, I'll dare not predict, just wonder... MoronskiMallika had presented us with a very reasonable, logical analysis in one of her earlier posts. She argued that through this marriage proposal, Rudra was actually testing Paro.
Earlier with the promo of Paro taking vermillion to Rudra, I too like most of us thought that Paro shall tell Rudra that she will marry, but not Sumer as the groom has to be Rudra.
Later after reading MKM's analysis.. I changed my mind. I thought Rudra is actually testing Paro. He wants to see whether it's his forgiveness or himself that Paro's clinging onto. Now Paro will accept the proposal of marrying Sumer thinking that this is what will make Rudra happy. Hence her taking of the vermillion to Rudra is symbolic of accepting his proposal, but this obviously saddens Rudra which is reflected in his sad expression in the promo. Also, this would seal it for Rudra that beautiful women are here just to betray. And so a new track begins..
With last night's precap, RR's writers successfully trashed all of those predictions :).
I still wonder though what exactly's Rudra's intention behind this whole marriage thing? Is it limited to the fact that he wants Paro out of sight? But then why not just throw her out of the house which is the second option anyway..
When Rudra confronted Paro last night with his poison against beautiful women again, I was left confused. So I remarked: "I am confused about what this guy actually wants.." to which my sister responded: "I think Rudra's as confused himself." Seriously what is it Rudra Bana?!
