Forgetting the basic Bhaisa?

When Paro said take me home (really baisa? when Rudra's home bacame yours?) he just said no because he is thinking (?) she tried to harm his father but he forgot the basic thing that who is she to come to his home? She was his witness so to safeguard her for his own case so he brought her home. Now even if she did not commit the mistake she do not need to come to his home. His purpose served and she is no more his responsibility and now General Singh can provide her security. So why did not thought even come to his mind?

Laila did not harm his father and he even had a relationship with her, If she told him take her home what's going to Rudra's reaction? He would differently say why I need to take u to my home? That is basic reaction anybody will give if an acquaintance ask them to take home.
