Yes Ankita is portraying the jealous partner to Rudra to a T.

I have only seen parts of Bast Hamari Pakki hain with Barun sobti.

She was just OK in that.her acting has gotten better and more pronounced now in RR. Her voice modulation is also perfect.she was kind of monotonous in BHPH.

I agree. She looks beautiful in RR than in BHPH. Something wrong with her voice and she was not looking that good while she was talking in that show.

Exactly she had matured very well as an actress.. She was not good in bhph... But here she is rocking.

I like her better in BHPH, here i think she has a lot of makeup...but maybe her charecter demands that...I like her dance here

I don't think she suits the role of Laila at all! For me she is mis-cast. She is very sexy and beautiful - so that part fits the bill. But she is not aggressive at all. And I feel like she has to really work hard and push herself to show all those aggro moments of Laila. Talk at the top of her voice, strain hersrelf, exaggerate her facial expressions...

It stresses me out when I see that and spoils it. And I begin to feel sorry for the actress. She should find herself a sweet role to do in some other TV serial.

IMHO this is not for her...
