With the unfortunate event of Ashish falling ill, the makers are planning to shift focus from the wedding until he is fully recovered. As per the TB article, Rudra might go missing and to compensate for his absence, they might introduce new characters and focus on the back stories of Thakur-Thakurainsa or Laila.
So until Ashish becomes fit enough to shoot, what would you like to see in the show? Please share your thoughts.
Personally, I would love to see them put a little more focus on Paro. Show some of her inner turmoil, because we haven't really seen much of it lately. Honestly, there is a lot to show...Paro's missing her family and friends. How she feels about becoming a bride, or rather an unwilling bride for the second time.
This will definitely build a deeper emotional connect between the audience and Paro which is very important.
She might hate Rudra for killing her husband and keeping her captive, but subconsciously, a part of her has probably began to rely on him.
It would be really interesting to see her introspect her feeling towards Rudra when he goes missing. This way the Parud track can also continue in Rudra's absence.
I would love to know more about Thakursa and Thakurainsa as well. This is one of the most interesting angles on the show. Ever since Paro has moved to Chandargarh, we really haven't much of Thakursa, so we could really do with some more scenes of the hottie. 😳😆 Since they have revealed the identity of Rudra's identity to us, Thakursa will find out about Rudra being her son...and Mohini ( shockingly) wants to get Rudra killed 😲...they might as well shed some more light into this whole story.
This way the story can still revolve around the main track and the central characters and it wouldn't look like a complete shift of track.
And of course, the rest of the cast is there, so there's plenty of things to show and fortunately, we are blessed to have a really strong supporting cast in our show and they can keep our interest intact.
Since I have no clue what they have planned for Laila in the show or what her story might be...I don't know what to say about that.
I hope they don't introduce random characters just to distract the audience. It's never a good idea to introduce new characters just for the heck of it because in most cases, they don't fit with the story and just seem like filler track. So unless they can come up with something really interesting, it's probably not a good idea. Maybe, they can show new characters during the back stories if they decide to show it.
