Overnights: YHM' continues to rise in popularity


Star Plus' recently launched fiction Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' continues to go upwards in popularity despite a late night slot, according to exclusive data obtained by BizAsia.
The drama, which airs at 23:00 earlier this week got the best ever ratings for any show at 23:00 on UK Asian TV with around 250,000 viewers tuning in. The slot usually averages around 100,000 viewers. Last night, Yeh Hai Mohabbatein' got 149,900 viewers - another high for the show. It peaked at 172,900 viewers beating the likes of SaraswatiChandra', Meri Bhabhi', Saathiya' and Veera' earlier in the evening.
Diya Aur Baati Hum' on the channel was the most watched show on the channel with 189,900 viewers, followed by Pyar Ka Dard Hai' with 177,600 viewers and Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai' was next with 173,600 viewers.
On Zing, the romantic movie Maine Pyar Kiya', which aired as part of the channel's Valentines Day offering got 19,200 viewers at 11:00.
On Rishtey, Parichay' was top with 73,300 viewers, followed by Bani - Ishq Da Kalma' next with 72,400 viewers.
On Colors, Rangrasiya' was the leading show with 40,700 viewers and BeIntehaa' next with 28,100 viewers.
On Star Life Ok, Savdhaan India' was top with 24,200 viewers, followed by Tumhari Paakhi' with 22,800 viewers at 21:30.
