Laila ko dikhaya because it was important to show her part, tabhi to uski exit hoti😊...

Chapter 4 Tangled Emotions

How tangled emotions can be at times; this was clearly understood by everyone in BSD and so did Rudra's father, but Rudra was still in denial about his feelings for Parvati. He knew he felt something for the innocent and fragile soul that was completely stubborn not to leave his home, but he didn't want to admit that it was love and pure love which he felt and wanted to give only to this girl. He had stopped visiting Laila, after that night when in a drunken state he rejected her. Laila dreams were shattered, she loved the animal selflessly, cared for him a lot, but never in her wildest dreams could think that he would abandon her for a girl who didn't share any kind of a relation which she shared with him. Rudra had always described her as 'that beautiful woman' and she could always see anger and restlessness in his eyes and voice when he took her name. Laila realized this restless behavior was no more anger or hatred but a soft and tender feeling, which she shuddered to give the name of love, but her heart knew that it was exactly the case with Rudra and Paro. She knew Paro has started living in his house, and somewhere in her heart tried to feel happy for Rudra as she always wanted this man to get a normal, domestic life like any other man.

Laila decided never to see Rudra again and leave the town of Chandangarh but not without paying one last visit and getting her answers from him.

It was late evening when Laila knocked the door. She knew she would have to tolerate Paro but never expected to find her in his room. Paro smiled and greeted Laila. She had heard about a 'woman' who shared company with the Major at nights, but never thought she would meet her one day

"khamma ghani" Paro greeted with a smile and then stared at the figure which posed with rare confidence in front of her and took the Major's name like he was one of her asset.

"Rudra hai? Usko bol de ki Laila ayi hai, usse milne..." Seeing the attitude in her Paro understood that she was the mistress in Rudra's life about whom their were secret talks in BSD.

"Anadar ayee..Woh abhi aye nahi...Laila entered the house and straight away headed to Rudra;s room while Paro followed her.

Paro was a bit taken back by Laila's behaviour, her confidence and the way she went and made herself comfortable in Rudra's bedroom. Laila touched the bed-sheets and tried to feel Rudra, his wardrobe contained his kurtas and pants which he wore when he was not in his duty. She enjoyed the fragrance that his clothes gave out, she felt like Rudra was right there watching her like a vulture ready to devour his prey. She blushed at the thought while Paro stared at the woman's bold antics.

Not able to take anymore Paro brought out the words that was most bothering her, bringing Laila out of Rudra's thoughts.

"Ye ap kya kar rahi hai?...Unke kapro ko chune ki ijaazat woh kisi ko nahi dete. Ap yaha pe bethke unka intazaar kariye." saying this Paro showed her a chair that was lying in the ordinarily arranged, but neat room.

Hearing this Laila smirked and replied back
