Have I missed something? Confused

In today's episode, Samrat and Maithali appear to have a bedroom of their own. So why did the CVs show them and his parents sleeping out in the hall after Rudra partitioned the house with a rope? Is this a blooper or did I miss out on some development in this context during the past one week?

I don't remember the exact dialogue but that first night mohini forced everyone to sleep together right outside rudra's room to make sure he doesn't kill them in their sleep or something. I think chaachasa even says something about why can't we just all sleep in the bedrooms, we'll readjust. It this is the reason mohini gives when making everyone sleep together outside.
