QUOTE=eveline]She went back...to him??!! After going through such a devastating, inhuman, cruel time at his hands, she went back to him??
Why would any human, any woman, want to subject herself to further pain, humiliation, mental torture and subjugation?
Maybe cause she had nowhere else to go. Major Rudra Pratap Ranawat made sure that this girl had no one left in the world, whom she could turn to, for help, for shelter, for refuge. He made sure each and every support, every hope, was wiped out from her life. She was finally alone, all alone. The world thought her dead. And she won't dare contact her family cause she doesn't want to taint their lives, eclipse their existence with her bloody presence. He wiped out her past, blocked her present and voided her future. She was a plague...shunned and avoided at all costs, exiled!!
Probably fear was the key here. Fear of what she could and would cause to her near and dear ones. Fear of Rudra's third eye and the devastation it can cause. Fear for which she was ready to pay any price.
Or maybe cause she was tired of running. Just dead tired of trying to keep her hopes alive. Exhausted by the efforts of survival. So desperate that she just didn't care. Paro had reached the end of her tether and feels death will be a better option. Death seems so peaceful, the final resort, to some lifeless beings.
Possibly, the world seemed too terrifying and bewildering a place. Never having ventured outside her self imposed boundaries, it had turned into a terrifying nightmare that she couldn't cope with. Likely, she just ran, and ran, till she reached a familiar place.
Or had she gotten used to being told what to do, had she gotten used to the harsh handling of her captor. Maybe being held hostage was better than the hostile world, perhaps being captive under that captor was better than being captured by some other fiend...
Maybe a part of her, a small part of her knew that he will take care of everything. He will protect, will be the only one who would fight for her. Her instincts, and she is a very instinctive person at that, led her back to that one man, who she knew wouldn't let her down. She just blindly followed an urge to let him take over.
Trust...had she grown to trust him? The man.. jallad...did she trust her biggest enemy more than her own self?
Perhaps, finally she was mad, fighting mad. At last, she had reached the limits of her patience. Finally realizing that she needs to stand up, to fight, to give it all she had. She had to shove, push, pull, harder till something gave in. Paro finally crossed her boiling point and raving mad, she decided she had had enough. Out of the ashes of sheer helplessness, maybe a phoenix of strength and will emerged. She decided to take the reins of her life in her hands and head to battle in full glory and fury.
Then again, it might be him. He made her livid. His statement that he thought she didn't have the brains or the guts and gumption to challenge him. His belief that she didn't have it in her to give him a fight. Did she want to prove him wrong? Show him her true self, her true colors? How dare he think so lowly of her, her spirits, her wit, her existence?
Why ..oh why did destiny lead her back to him?
Wow👏 what a post...thanks...you answered my question ...
