What does Jallad mean?

I just watched the episode curious to know what it means.

I tried to google it lol, but it came up with a movie name.

lol my mum says it often over the phone when dissing men ( don't ask,LOL) It means a lot of things the closest is calling someone a Brute.

Sarah...the literal meaning of the word " jallad" is a KILLER...more precisely a killer who kills without mercy.
