I feel their love will begin with empathy from Rudra's side. Can't say about Paro its going to be difficult for her to fall in love with the man who killed her husband.

Even I seen that today, he's her protector and destroyer both. The story seems beautifully written Rudra is unknowingly protecting Paro.
