what I think

they are in love but he leaves for his duty/training and by the time he comes back, she is married to someone else
meanwhile Ridra thinks the baraat/groom and ppl of wedding are involved in terrorist activities and ends up killing the groom and that is when he comes face to face with her
he arrests her as a part of terrorism

I might be completely off
