M not delhi born either...
I was born in Kerala(mom had come to her maternal home for the delivery)...moved to Gujarat immediately(dad was working there)...then travelled all over Assam...Bihar...and since then been in Delhi (class 7th se)...Perks of your dad being in a transferrable job !

I love this place...my friends...my major upbringing...family friends...Just the sights and sounds and smells of the place make me very comfortable...
Noida maybe the most unsafe place in the world right now...But I'd rather be here than anywhere...Its my comfort zone...I step out...I feel I know the place...I know the ppl...I feel I belong...!!

And that sense of belonging is what makes you love a place...U dont feel like a fish out of water...U can venture alone anywhere...U feel "this is my place...my city..."

But yes...I Delhi and Mumbai are addictive places...Once ppl come here...they grow soo used to the place that they cant live anywhere else...These are addictive places...

And a Mumbaiker will never like delhi and a delhiwallah wont like Mumbai...

I found Mumbai very sad and dirty...I went there on my study tour...2 hrs in the city and I started feeling guilty that I live in a house...I have my own room...with all the comforts of life...I started feeling insanely guitly about having money after seeing ppl's condition there...!

I dont think I cud live in mumbai...Delhi looks posh...! The whole of delhi...not just the posh areas...I love the roads...the trees ...the highways...the flyovers that we have...Mumbai is claustrophobic😕

Baaki agar kuch bura hona hai...wo toh kahi bhi hoga...U cant stop living just coz ppl are being murdered...looted and kidnapped !😕 That happens in every city...Delhi gets higlighted coz its the capital city...Aise toh Mumbai is considered mafia ka adda...😕
