TB/indya.com: Manini to enter Odhani..

Rang Badalti Odhani on STAR One will see the cute couple, Shaan (Karan Tacker) and Khanak (Yashashri Masurkar), return home after their adventurous honeymoon, this week. However, there is a surprise awaiting them - Madhavi's college friend Saraswati aka Sasha (Manini De), an NRI, who will return to India after a long time. Sasha looks down upon all things Indian, and Khanak will put her in her place.

A Starone.in source reveals, "Sasha, being an NRI, tries to show off. She does not like anything Indian. She has even changed her traditional name 'Saraswati' to the more modern and hep 'Sasha'. She tries to have her way in the Khandelwal house, much to the ire of Khanak, who loves and respects Indian culture. Khanak will do everything she can to prove that Indian culture is the best and should not be disrespected, even if this means arguing with her mother -in-law's close friend. The upcoming episodes will have some funny tiffs between Khanak and Sasha, where Khanak endorses desi, and Sasha is determined to prove that the Western culture is better. Their fight will also land the entire Khandelwal family in a quandary, as each member will be forced to choose sides."

Manini, when contacted, says, " Yes, I will be entering Rang Badalti Odhani this week."
