Odhani Update 3 November 2010
Part-1
Scene starts from where it left off yesterday.Shan is on top of his car and looking back at the guitar(an acoustic tune playing in the background). He is talking to himself and is apologizing for his behaviour towards Khanak yesterday. He says that he wished he could tell her what was going on in his mind. He is just gazing at the guitar (as if he is admiring some beautiful woman ). š.He gets up from his car and is again approaching the guitar which is on his car and sliding his hands over it. He says which string have you pulled Khanak?( your heart strings dude). Scene shifts to Khanak and Dadi.Dadi asks her what the problem is?.Khanak nods her head saying no.Dadi asks her if she knows what she is reading.Khanak says no.Dadi tells her she is reading something on the lines of Chinta chita saman hota haiā¦.a book on troubles( What yaar Dadi and I thought you were into romantic novels).š Dadi asks her what is worrying her?.Khanak says it is Shan and he is angry.He is not speaking to her coz she touched his guitar.She says till the time we were talking about his school he was fine and just as she started the college talk he was boiling like milk.š¤£ She tells dadi ,she wonders what happened to him during his college years.Khanak asks dadi if she knows anything regarding this coz she knows Shan so well.Dadi says she knows nothing but those were the years she regrets when she looks back.Dadi says she made a mistake.Khanak asks her what mistake?.Dadi tells her that during that time the atmosphere in the house was tense and she couldn't see that and whenever she tried to do or say something Madhavi would feel bad. Coz of this she decided to go and stay in Haridavar( perfect timing dadi,šš¼BTW did u meet Tulsi Mayya while you were there).She tells her that she stayed for five years over there,far away from everyone even from her Shan.Khanak asks her if she loves him very much.Dadi says yes.She loves him too much,hence she made a mistake. She says that no one had time for anybody and it was during this time that Shan needed his family. She further says that she should have not gone and stayed back ,the way she stayed for Khanak.She says she should have stayed back for Shan as well and doesn't know a thing what happened during those 5 years. But knows that when she came back he was not the Shan she knew.He had changed( yeah Dadi he only got hotter).š Scene shifts to Shan and his guitar.Shan is walking down the road and some flashback come into his mind.They show a group of friends sitting together and infront there is a huge wall spray painted with Shans name on it.Khanak asks dadi if she remembers the old days.Dadi says that memories are that way.They enter your mind like uninvited guests.When you don't want them they will come and worry you.Nowadays all people care about is fame,money etc.She says that in those days things were different and they had time on hand.Time to stop and think.Khanak asks dadi how he got the guitar and whether he used to sing up until the time she left. Dadi says she doesn't remember.She leaves.Khanak gets up and tells herself that Shan doesn't like to talk about his college days and nobody knows what he used to do after college.She says that he has the guitar but it never felt like he was ever interested in music.She says that he is definitely running from something.Scene shifts back to Shan. Shan says that apart from him no one knows anything about his college days and he doesn' want to talk to anyone regarding this. He says that this is a chapter which he has left behind. He says that he needs Khanak but the way he spoke to her,he doesn't think she would speak too him now.
Part-_2
Shan is standing in the sun and a woman approaches him with an umbrella and covers his head( I think it is his P.A Nisha).š She tells him that his wife is on the line. Shan picks up the phone and apologises for not lifting it earlier.Khanak tells him to come home early coz it is his parents anniversary this evening. Khanak apologises.Then Shan apologises.He puts the phone down and is again gazing at the guitar( Khanak girl you asked for it,be prepared for a love triangle with the guitar now).šShan says to himself that he wished she did not take out the guitar.He approaches the guitar and pulls a few strings of it and then stops suddenly and closes his eyes.He then takes the strings of the guitar and encircles them with his fingers,as if he is going to pull them off and says that he doesn't want to play with it again.The girl approaches and is about to take the guitar when Shan stops her and tells her that he can take it himself( KT acted awesome over here this whole scene,tooo goodāļø).He picks up the guitar and walks away..
At the office Akshay is putting the anniversary card in Sunils file.Sunil enters suddenly and Akshay screams Mummy.!!.š¤£.Sunil asks him if he is remembering his mom.Akshay says that he is searching for Madhavi.Sunils tells him what would Madhavi do in the office?.Akshay tells him that the receptionist told him that Madhavi was in the office so he thought that he would be in his cabin.Sunil tells him that this is neither a jewellery shop nor a branded store and even if she had to come she would never come to his cabin.Akshay tells Sunil not to underestimate his mom.He leaves. Sunil opens his file and finds the card.Shan is in his office and he places the guitar on the sofa.He finds a card with a rose on it.He picks up the rose and then the card.He opens the card and then starts to read it.The card is from Khanak and she is apologizing.She says that she shouldn't have interfered with his things and wont do this again. She also says that what he wants to hear,as in those 3 words,she will definitely try to say it but tells him not to get angry with her coz she cant see that.She futher says that if it is possible to think about the gift and she will not discuss this topic after this but it is time to show his parents how much he loves them.She says that she knows that they did not give him quality time during his childhood but this was coz they were looking out for his future..She says that they don't want a material gift but something that is given out of love.Something from the heart,that will touch them.She says that this is all she wants from him.Shan puts the letter down and says that how could he even think that this girl doesn't love him?.He says that how much love she has for him,even he cant match that.He says that 1 minute ago he was not feeling good but now after talking to her everything feels fine again.He apologises to Khanak and says that the truth is that he cant gift them anything,coz he doesn't have anything.Sunil is in his office reading the letter and is happy that Madhavi has invited him to the party.The letter says that she will be waiting for him 9:30 tonight.Khanak phones Dharam and tells him to give her all the information of what is happening in the office.He tells her that the door is locked.Just then Shan comes out of his cabin and enters his dads cabin.Dharam tells her that Shan must be really busy today coz he has gone to his dads office.Dharam asks her if she wants to know why.She says no and tells him to keep note of whatever is happening in the office.It is night and Sunil and Madhavi are coming down the steps from separate sides in the dark. They approach eachother and bang into eachother.The lights come on and all flowers start to fall.Sunil takes out the rose and is about to give it to Madhavi when someone interrupts them.Khanak is in her room and is getting ready for the party.She is combing her hair infront of the mirror.Shan enters and looks at her.They are looking at eachother through the mirror.Khanak says that she should act as if nothing has happened coz she doesn't want him to get angry again.They are still looking at eachother courtesy the mirror.š.Shan turns away and says that Khanak worked hard for this surprise party and atleast for today he will not act childish.He says that everyone has gone to the party except for Khanak coz she is waiting for him.Khanak then tells him that they should leave and that everyone is waiting downstairs.Shan hesitates.He then tells himself that if he apologises,then whatever happened in the morning will come up gain and he doesn't want to spoil it.
Part-3
Shan approaches Khanak and tell her that she is looking very HOttttt( OMG I have to give it to you dude,what a way to apologise and divert the topic ).š¤£.Khanak cant understand what he said( obviously).He then tells her that what he meant to say was that she is looking very beautiful.He then asks her what she thinks of this compliment.Khanak starts laughing.Shan asks her what is so funny.She tells him that it is nothing but when he talks sweetly( you mean flirtatiously)š she feels good. And when he is angry she gets worried( time to borrow that book from dadi Khanak,what was the name again?...Chinta chita something).š.Shan tells her that today he is not angry at all,infact he is very happy.She asks him why?? Why is he so happy like a besan ki ladoo.She asks him if he got the gift. Shan is smirking and Khanak is wondering what he is up to.
Precap: Khanak says that she will not share her gift with him.Shan asks her if it is a threat or a challenge.She says that whatever he thinks it is the outcome will be the same.He tells her to think about it coz this is his last offer and he knows how to do jorr ājabardasti( ofcourse you do,you are the king of jorr- jabardasti).š Khanak says that she doesn't fear anything. She is about to leave and he pulls her duppata( while kabar nahin song is playing) .He is pulling the duppata towards him and he is looking very naughty( now if you'll want to see a longer version of this scene please catch the CU 2 )
So it looks like the wait is finally over especially for all those patient souls out there coz everything winds up this week.Song ,dance, I love You's etc etc.Now can I actually partay??.š„³
