Its nice to watch that Rano stands up for herself. I like that she doesn't accept Kamla as her mom and openly says that unlike Ekta kapoor shows where the good ones alwzys have to bear everything , Rano does do all the houshold stuff etc but she has a differnt shade to her character when she expresses what she feels , I just meant to say she is not 100% similar to someone who will never fight against the wrong or will be taken advantage of all the time.

I agree. The show is different because unlike other shows, the girl is not shown as weak and helpless. Its original because Rano's portrayed as a strong character who stands up for herself. The only reason she tolerates Kamla is because she's her father's wife. I loved that part when she said it to Nimi as well as when she told her bauji that.
