I know u ll agree with me regarding ancient culture traditions, thou some were wrong or we can say hard to follow but m really impressed by the way they address each other. Now adays many of us dont call our elders as bhaiya n didi. N Kalyugi wives call their husband using names. I dont like this. see our mothers , they dont use names.

And our Sitaji , so sweet , she address Ramji as Raghunandan, Raghunath, Aryaputra, 😳 👏god m so impressed. Dont know why we are adopting western culture and leaving these charms behind. ATleast these sanskars full of love n respect should be followed and m sure they r so delighting that can help making our relations more smooth.

Well....I believe everything should be equal

And even husband and wife should be treated equally 😊

So...the husband should not be treated as the wife's elder or superior....

Hence if a husband wants his wife to give him importance by not calling him by his name....then he should follow the same thing and give her the same respect.

Older culture tells us that the husband is the wife's swami or master....and that means the relationship between a wife and husband is un-equal and the husband is superior and her "master".

I don't agree with this. 😊

As for mother, father and elder sis n bro....I think mostly everyone uses ma, papa, dii and bhaiyya....I haven't come across anyone who doesn't

Progress and moving forward is teh law of time, those who abide by it, they exist, thsoe who stick back strongly to their own habits, tehy gradually get obliviated

the manner of address, calling by names is not important, what is imporatnt is how much love and respect we have

you can call your elders with supreme respect in fornt and abuse him disobey him at the back

or you can fight, call each otehr names but still value other, give importance to his/her dislike, like, abide by their simple fundamental rules

In earlier days husband also used to addresse their wife with respect. The word live "Devi" "Bhadre" etc r used to address wife.

Ram used to address Sita by using words like 'devi", "Princess of Mithila" "Priye"
Thus wife wre also addressed with love n respect

I don't see that happening now in these times😆😆😆

But some older women still don't call their husbands by their name

So its still not balanced....😆😆

I would feel it too 'formal' if I dodn't call my bf/hubby by his own name!
