yea, if you remember the original Ramayan the Sitaji was beautiful and she did not show her belly....also when you go the temple and see Sitaji, she is modestly dressed and is still beautiful...the Sagars probably wanted her to look modern, but when modesty is the issue-it should not be compromised! 😉

In Deepika's introduction scene u could see her belly from the side... I found it modest😊

sita has spoken considerably after the swambhar. I like her a lot more while she speaks. Its strange but you can as if see her grow . The maturity with which she is growing before and after marriage is commendable. I love her a lot

EVEN I AGREE tht SITAJI's bely shud not b eexposed .

why sagar's r doing this with the costumes of sitaji, SITAJI is considered as an epitome of dignity & modesty😛 ,why her costumes r revealing at the belly portion ,even i am not liking this thing,i will def make a seaparate thread abt the costumes on this forum ,so tht the makers of ramayan cud read it clearly tht sitaji's costumes are not tht modest

yup one shud not compromise when it's the question of dignity & modesty .

the costumes seem to be similar for all the female artist. Lots of exposure. But the grace with which debina is handling the character is incredible. She is not looking any vulgar but carrying all with dignity and grace. Of course the personal scenes of rama and sita ji looked sensual. I loved them. . . . 😛

i know debina is doing a great job as SITAJI & looks utterly graceful 😛 but it wud be great if the sagar's make her wear costumes tht totally covers her up from neck to toe like the SITAJI of old RAMAYAN !! 😛

arre leave it guys. who knows abt real costumes of Sitaji... let debina dress like anything, main things is she is portraying sitajis chaaracter very well n with full justice, dont mind what she wears , concentrate on what she do n how she do...
